jericho
I have just watched the last ever episode of Jericho. Only 7 episodes into the second series and they cancelled the show. The first series was good, if a little dull and soapy at times. I stuck with it because I knew there was something worthwhile in there. I wasn't wrong. The second series came blasting back as some kind of political action thriller thingy, and it was absolutely gripping. I know Skeet Ulrich (is that a real name?) has the kind of weedy, weaselly, face that you could never tire from slapping, but even he grew on me a little. I know that most of you lot never watched it, or gave up after a couple of episodes. Don't deny it, I know it's true. Even so, the show will be sadly missed by me.

Skeet's gorgeous. Love him. Love his acting style -- understated and not trying to outdo his castmates. AS Brad Beyer said, Skeet is gracious and allows his fellow actors to shine.

I have just noticed something odd about this poster. Can anyone tell me what could possibly be more interesting that a nuclear bomb going off right in front of you?

Fret not Mrs McM. We the internet protested and they listened! They brought Jericho back and we are deep in the 2nd season as we speak.
I love the show and it gets way more intense in season 2. Skeet=lovely.

Are you sure, Jo? Are you more than 7 episodes into season 2? I know that the studio decided to bring it back after they cancelled the show at the end of the first season, but a second reprieve seems just too good to be true.

Indeed Mrs. Mc M - it is true.
Tel me where you left off and I shall tell you for sure. It's been so long since it ended (with the writer's strike and all) I forgot where season 1 left off.
I think we are 3, maybe for episodes into the next season.
