Great. Guns for Babies. I can just see the bumper stickers now. Gun permits for babies will surely lead to babies in chains for accidental shootings, debates about what age is appropriate to try the defendant as an adult and eventually nursery jails to keep them all safe from the six year old repeat offenders. Ain't America great?
