In July, I shall be able to throw eggs at the competitors as they cycle past the end of my street, some twenty feet from McMuffin mansions. I shan't really throw eggs, but I could.

If it's hot that day, you might still be in luck....I'm thinking that a sweaty bike rider will appreciate the unexpected delight that will come from a sprinkler hose shot out from the top story of your mansion.
I'm sure they'll like it just fine and you can still experience the thrill of launching something unexpected!
