filmloop
I've found this very cool app called Filmloop. It creates a shareable photo loop that scrolls across your desktop. Very clever and easy to use. Although not so easy to use if you have a Mac. For once the Windows folk seem to have the edge. Mac users cannot create a linked 'looplet' which takes people to their loop. I was feeling a bit slow this morning, so it took me a while to work out that all I had to do was send myself an invite to join the loop!
I have set up a loop called precious things and you are all invited to join. It would be great to see some of the precious things in your life. I can't wait to hear from you.

This is so cool! I created one but I can't figure out how to get their preprogrammed advertisements not to show up in my loop. If I click on the ad to delete it from the loop, it just takes me to the website. Any ideas?

I have read all the stuff on their site, and the ads are how they keep the app free. I have no idea what has happened to mine. I added a few loops and deleted a few loops and the ads went with them. It is probably a little bug in the software. They'll sort it out soon, I imagine. Add something to mine, so I can see how it works.

Nice idea but the ads drive me nuts.

I found how to turn off the ads. There's an option on the player called "loops". Pick "Organize loops" and then unsubscribe from the ads.

Sorry but I couldn't see the option to remove the ads. Want to run that by me again.
