he returns
I am cuddling Slinky as I type and he is purring away very loudly and enthusiastically. I know he's been given painkilling drugs and might just be off his little head, but his ability to just get on with the business of eating, drinking and cuddling is inspirational. He's a courageous little soul and we're glad to have him back.
Thank you for all your well wishes and we'll get the pictures of him in full pirate costume soon, we'll go to Bob's outfitters for the eye patch.

Slinky? Pirate? Reminds me of Errol Flynn's famous line: "get your cutlasses out lads and slash up thise sacks," which sounds rather like what cats get up to anyway. He has had his cutlass removed long ago hasn't he?
