incredible

We went to see the Incredibles today (and White Noise-really not as bad as the critics say and in some parts very scary). I really liked it, but didn't understand why feisty Elastogirl, who didn't want to leave saving the world to men, so readily changed her name to Mrs Incredible. I suppose The Incredible-Elastogirl Family would have been too long a title. I also thought it interesting that the complaint of the right wing, that socialism spits on individual accomplishment and wants 'us all to be the same' was stated by a little boy and the baddy, not the grown ups. Anyway, it was great entertainment and that's coming from someone who doesn't really like watching animation.

I'm so glad you liked that movie.

I wish Hollywood would wake up and make more films that are entertaining yet accessible for entire families to see (as well as adults who do not have to go because of the kids).

I'm glad this movie made a lot of money - means someone might take notice.
