get me a knife...
...I'll finish her off myself. I actually said this to Mr McMuffin near the end of House of Flying Daggers when one character took a little too long to die and I really did mean it. The film was a disappointment and yet it started so well.

God, wasn't it just? Thank goodness for THE INCREDIBLES. Just pretend the film never happened and stick with HERO.

Didn't see Hero despite consatnt encouragement from my sister. Didn't see The Incredibles because I was working. Before I seem very sad, HotFD wasn't too bad really, because I did get to salivate over Takeshi Kaneshiro. He's worth watching, but I fear that he is probably only about 5'7" in real life. I can't bear to look at pretty men if they're weeny.

Heightist!

Oops - please remove my last comment. It was written out of humour, but I now see through a Google search that it looks like an accusation of an 'ism', which really isn't the intention.
I suppose I was just thinking that I couldn't remember you squirming in agony when speaking to me face to face, which must mean that either you were fooled into thinking that I'm much taller than my 5'6" would otherwise indicate (the most likely explanation, I'm sure), or I'm just not 'pretty' (which can't be true).
I'll get my coat...

No, it's true, David. I've had to bow down and face my innate heightism. Some of my best friends are small...and I do remember you as being much taller! Not doing very well, am I?
If it's any consolation I don't like ridiculously tall men either, above 6'2" and I start to feel like a medium to their xxl and that bothers me.

Oh yes - I've just found (coincidentally) a prior comment you've made along the same lines.
Oh well, I'm not sure it's really an 'ism', as such, when it's about personal views of attractiveness - it's sort of a grey area.
After all, most of us would be disgusted by an ultra zitty pizza-face, I imagine, but does that make us acne-bigots?

I am so impressed you even found that. I'm going to watch my mouth now and keep my short men comments to myself!

Didn't that woman take a few years to die out there? Good lord.
So how tall is mr mcmuffin? The question is begged.

A straight forward answer: I am the same height as Mrs McMuffin. Although she insists, probably to protect my fragile masculinity, that I am a tiny little bit taller.

I am 5'10", he really is 5'11". I have no interest at all in protecting his fragile masculinity, in fact I would only use any perceived weakness to my advantage!
