welshed out

I am so confused now. I am not sure whether I should believe anything that Mrs McMuffin has ever told me about famous Welsh people. Not now that she has revealed on these pages that her mother has lied to her all these years about John Boy Walton's Welsh origins. Was Elvis Welsh? Was the discoverer of America Welsh? Were the majority of signatories to the American Declaration of Independence Welsh? The internet is of no help to me. This site claims all of the above to be true and more. By the way, the picture is of Jesse James who had Welsh parents.
