...for President Bartlett. We have the fourth series of 'The West Wing' on DVD. We are fools for doing this, as we can't bear to wait a week between episodes and want to gorge ourselves on the series, a few episodes a night until we're sated. Mr McMuffin wants us to tease the Profiteroles with our new purchase as they are similarly obsessed and Mr Profiterole has watched every episode at least twice. Not since the days of 'Yes, (Prime) Minister' has there been such a good political series.

In the UK we have the Labour Party conference going on and Tony Blair has again apologised for acting (he says in good faith) on faulty intelligence, but says he won't apologise for getting rid of Saddam Hussein. I might drop him an email telling him that Orkney has stockpiled anthrax.

I never got into the West Wing but I've heard great things about it. There is this new show now "Jack & Bobby" which might be making a regular out of me.

I am a West Wing nut. Just the other night I watched the Thanksgiving episode when he calls the Butterball hot line to get tips on brining the turkey. Incredible writing! I hope they don't change the whole cast like they are threatening to do, but I would like them to bring back Rob Lowe.

umm... hang on isn't it one of the Inner Hebrides with the Anthrax (?) Yes Prime Minister is truly a classic. Once we have finished Fawlty Towers i am going to introduce my (Swedish) girlfriend to it.

You foreigners take that leftwing crap "The West Wing" seriously?

No wonder everyone in Europe hates the USA.
